$10 For the first signature.

$1 For each additional signature on same document.

$10 Per certification, including oath or affirmation. 

Certified Copies

$10 Per Certificate. 

Certified Copies of Notarial Records

$1 Per Page.

Protest

$4 For each Bill or Note.

$1 Per Notice served.

$4 Protesting in all other cases.

$4 For Certificate and Seal.  

Depositions

$6 For Certificate and Oath.

$0.50 Per 100 Words.

$6 All Other Notarial Acts not Listed.

Travel

$25 Travel fee, plus mileage.

$1 Mileage charge, per mile.

$30 After hours charge for the times; 6 pm to 9 pm, 

6 am to 9 am, and weekends.

$60 Late Night or Emergency charge, for the times of 

9 pm to 6 am.

$75 Jails and Detention Centers*

$75 Local Airports (IAH, HOU)*


*Excessive Wait time per hour, Greater than 30 minutes.

*Four signatures, $10 each additional signature.

Fee includes E-Docs, Printing, Scanning, Pick-up/Drop-off of Documents, and Travel.
